香麥菜果菜露

香麥菜,是萵筍的變種,又名長葉麥菜,有的地方又叫苦菜,屬菊料,是以嫩梢、嫩葉為產品的尖葉型葉用窩苣,葉片呈長披針形,色澤談綠、質地脆嫩,口感極為鮮嫩、清香、具有獨特風味,含有大量維生素和大量鈣、鐵、蛋白質、脂肪、維生素A、VB1、VB2等營養成分。

香麥菜洗淨瀝乾水分,,干鍋煎香蒜頭,加入油燒開,加入香麥菜,加少許白糖慢慢翻炒,至菜煎至五成熟。翻炒一下至8成熟,加入適量的蠔油,炒勻,出鍋裝碟。
