做魚蛋怎可以不添加味精

林昌記老闆堅持做魚蛋是不要落味精!最後,林老闆再用到別家不會用的一款高級魚,目的想取代味精。

可是味精仍要寫在產品上,原因是因為正需要含量極少的味精,純粹只是吊味,所含比例都極之少,如同煲湯要落鹽,西瓜要落鹽吊味的原理,成份表最後就是那些添加很少量的味精。

How good is the our signature soup?
Green DorDot has a soup similar to ours. This one is sold for $59 for one person, but ours are for two, it is sold for $49. We have a short-term discount of 15% off! ! 😅 It’s all about increasing the price, if it’s not money to support the guy. A total series of 9 soups are now launched, and the goal is dozens of them. They are under development, and the super fun is at the end.
